"Awesome service until you need to file a claim"
Heads up: a lot of the positive feedback here comes from folks who haven’t had to file a claim. Before you go with this company, I really recommend checking out the Trustpilot reviews for Claims Settlements Agencies Ltd (CSAL), the ones Oasis makes you deal with for travel claims. Right now, they’re sitting at a dismal 1.3 stars out of 5. Getting in touch with them by phone seems like a lost cause. I shot over my claim via email during Christmas, and they took two weeks just to ask for info I had already sent. I pointed that out right away, and now it’s been another 6 weeks with zero response from CSAL, even after I followed up. This company looks like it’s struggling and just can’t keep up with claims. I’d steer clear of getting insurance from Oasis or any other company that works with CSAL.
